• Due to the nature of wrapping paper, which can bend, crease, or be damaged during handling, all orders are non-refundable. Please inspect the quantity and condition of the products upon delivery. Once the order is confirmed and handed over, 98 Flowers is not responsible for any issues that occur afterward.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address during the scheduled delivery time. If the delivery team arrives and no one is available to receive the goods, the order will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
• 98 Flowers does not provide refunds if the buyer refuses to accept the products after the order has been placed and confirmed.
• Exchange Policy: If the wrapping paper is torn, severely creased, or damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately and provide a photo or video at the time of receipt. We will exchange the damaged items for the same product. Exchanges are only accepted at the moment of delivery, not afterward.
